A little about me
Alongside my counselling practice, I've spent many years working in mental health and wellbeing. This experience has given me a broad understanding of the challenges people can face, while reinforcing my belief that everyone's experiences, circumstances and needs are unique.
I'm a calm, thoughtful and empathetic person, and I value the opportunity to meet people with openness, honesty and compassion. I don't see counselling as something I do to you, but something we do together.
You don't need to arrive with the right words, a clear goal or a plan for change. My role is to offer a space where you can feel heard, explore what's happening for you and gradually discover what moving forward might look like on your own terms.
I'm an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and am committed to providing thoughtful, ethical and professional support.
